We want your experience with getting our products to your home to be seamless, and your enjoyment of them when they arrive to be stellar. Below is information on how to get them there. And, there are copies of downloadable product instructions at the bottom of this page if you misplace yours.
Free standard ground shipping for all orders $50 and over.
For items shipped within the contiguous 48 states, the standard shipping rates is $6.95 for the first item, $1 for each additional item. Additional charges may apply for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. If you're interested in shipping to Canada, or outside the U.S., please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping charges will be calculated on an individual basis and will include all applicable taxes and fees.
All orders ship from our warehouse in Joliet, IL. In-stock orders usually leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on weekends. You will receive a shipment notification by email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. We make every effort to work within the timeframes below, but keep in mind that inclement weather can increase delivery times, especially in the winter months.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Standard Shipping: our standard shipping method for delivery addresses within the 48 contiguous states is UPS Ground, which takes 3-7 business days for delivery from the time an order is placed, including 1-2 days for processing. Please consult the map below for specific transit times after orders leave our warehouse.
Standard shipping for orders with Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO shipping addresses will be via the US Postal Service and may take longer for delivery.
Expedited Shipping: We offer 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air service via UPS. Rates are determined based on delivery zip code. Expedited shipping is available for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico addresses, but additional fees may apply. We make every effort to ship expedited orders from our warehouse as quickly as possible, but please allow for 1-2 business days for processing when estimating total shipping time.
The map below provides a general overview of standard (UPS Ground) shipping times from our warehouse. You may also consult the UPS website to look up the specific transit time. Our warehouse ZIP code is 60431. Remember to add an additional 1-2 business days for order processing when calculating the total number of days to receive your order once it is placed. Note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses will be sent via the US Postal Service, not UPS.
We accept orders online with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit card payments. All transactions placed online are secure, using SSL technology to encrypt and protect your information during transit. Once we have processed an order, we safely discard credit card information.
Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to addresses within Washington State. The exact sales tax assessed will be determined by the shipping address' Zip code at the time of checkout.
To return items from your order, please contact our customer service department at email@example.com or call us at 866-319-5900 and select option 1. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, as well as the return shipment address. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your return is received, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for payment of the original order. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
