How to Order - Wholesale
Wholesale orders may be placed directly with SmartLab via mail, phone, fax, or email. To place a wholesale order through your local sales representative, please consult our national or international sales representative organizations lists.

Library/School Orders: Library and school orders earn a 20% discount and are shipped FOB, Lebanon, Indiana.

SmartLab® Terms & Conditions
Opening Orders:
Opening orders are $120 minimum. New accounts must submit New Account
Application including Tax ID Number/EIN, Resale/Business License
Number and four trade references. For Net 30 Terms, please supply
bank and trade references. Wholesale prices are available to qualified
resellers only.
Reorders and Minimum:
$120 minimum.
Terms and Payment:
SmartLab® extends credit terms. To establish credit please
send resale number, bank information, and four trade references.
SmartLab® may review credit terms at any time. Accounts over
30 days will incur a 5% penalty and a 1.5% per month finance charge.
Accounts over 60 days will be required to pre-pay on future orders.
Accounts over 90 days will be turned over to a collection agency.
Returned checks will incur a $50 fee.
Shipping:
SmartLab® will endeavor to ship within 72 hours of the required
shipping date. Rush orders for same day shipping must be received
by noon EST, FOB Lebanon, Indiana. All orders are shipped
via UPS. Orders may incur a small additional handling fee.
Claims:
Shortages, defective merchandise, and billing questions must be
reported in writing to SmartLab® within 10 days of receipt
of order. Damage claims must be reported to the carrier and to
SmartLab® within seven days of receipt of shipment.
Changes and Cancellations:
Order changes and cancellations must be received 15 business days
before the Customer’s requested ship date. Otherwise, shipping
costs and restocking fees may apply.
Backorders:
Items temporarily out of stock are placed on backorder and will
ship as they become available, unless otherwise specified on this
form or by written notice from SmartLab®.
Returns:
All sales are final, except for damaged or defective goods. All
product returns must be preceded by contact with SmartLab® support
staff. The Customer or End User may make contact. SmartLab® Customer
Support will attempt to resolve any problems. For SmartLab® Customer

Shipments returned without a return authorization number (RA#)
will not be accepted. Reseller must also specify, in writing, the
specific reason for which the product is being returned. Returns
of incomplete products (for example, without all components) will
not be accepted. SmartLab® will not reimburse any expenses
for returned products other than the full wholesale cost of the
product.
Other Conditions:
Prices and specifications may change without notice. SmartLab® reserves
the right to technical alterations. Confirm price and availability
with a purchase order. All sales are final according to conditions
as outlined on the invoice.
Agreement:
Customer accepts SmartLab® Terms and Conditions as written
on this page by 1) placement of an order, 2) shipment of goods
per a purchase order, or 3) receipt of goods by Customer. These
Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with SmartLab® using
this form or otherwise.
